Holding the prestigious SHRM-SCP certification, Jennifer excels in a diverse range of functions including recruiting, people management, benefits administration, workmen's compensation, workplace investigations, payroll, and overseeing multiple locations.

Jennifer’s extensive background reflects her commitment to creating dynamic, efficient, and positive work environments. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of human resources have been pivotal in driving organizational success and fostering employee well-being.

Outside the professional realm, Jennifer is an avid enthusiast of the great outdoors. She finds joy in camping, fishing, and hunting, embracing every opportunity to connect with nature.
