Dawn graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing, and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with an MBA.

She has been with The Sherwin-Williams Company for 23 years and in the HR field for almost 20 years. She feels the most difficult issues she deals with as an HR Manager are quite often the most rewarding!

 Dawn was born in the Dallas area but has been in Waco area for over 40 years.  In her spare time, she enjoys attending live music events and spending time with her family and friends.
