Session Description:
Retaliation is the most filed charge of discrimination with the EEOC and where the agency finds more “cause” findings. Often the original charge merits a “no cause” finding but the subsequent actions of an employer land it in hot water with the EEOC. This session will identify the 7 high risk areas for retaliation and how you can safeguard your organization against a retaliation claim.
